Can I try before subscribing?+
The Free plan isn't a trial — it's free forever. You get 3 trips on us, built with the AI copilot or adopted from the community, plus your country's map offline and unlimited radar. And you can earn more trips by contributing to the database, without paying anything.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel whenever you want, no penalty. The plan stays active until the end of the already-paid cycle and then automatically reverts to Free.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?+
Annual is a lot cheaper: it works out to 10 months instead of 12. On Plus, 12 months of monthly billing add up to R$ 238.80 against R$ 199.90 annual. On Pro, R$ 358.80 against R$ 299.90. Same plan, same features, only the billing cycle changes.
How much does it cost in other currencies?+
Prices in Brazilian Reals (R$) are the official ones. In other currencies, the app converts automatically based on your store's billing.
What happens to my routes if I cancel?+
Your routes are never deleted. If you cancel, they stay locked waiting for you to subscribe again — they don't disappear, and they come back exactly as they were once the subscription is reactivated.
Is Business Account different?+
Yes. The Business Account is for those who sell to the overlander world — physical establishments (gas stations, campsites, guesthouses, workshops), recurring sellers (e-commerce, equipment manufacturers) and service providers (guides, expedition drivers). A separate plan from personal ones (Free/Plus/Pro). Details at /empresas.
